About Hussain Al Jassmi
Hussain Al Jassmi is an Emirati pianist, composer, musician, and singer. He is a well-known and respected musician in the Middle East. Al Jassmi was born in Khorfakkan in August of 1979 to Emirati parents. He released his first single “Bawada’ak” in 2002, following it with “Wallah Mayiswa” and “Bassbour Al Fourgakom”. Hussain received the Murex d’Or award for “Best Arabic Male Singer” in 2008. His most popular song is an Egyptian Shaabi song called “Boshret Kheir”. The song was written and composed by Amr Mostafa as a pro-elections campaign in Egypt. Hussain performed many concerts all around the world. Some of his most famous performances include his performance at the Vatican’s annual Christmas concert and the opening ceremony of Expo 2020 in Dubai, UAE. He has also performed at multiple events and concerts in the United Arab Emirates, Saudi Arabia, Kuwait, and many more countries in the Middle East.
